At SKYE we offer four simple fixed-price design services in the form of consultation packages. All travel is included in the cost of these packages and we can travel anywhere up to 1.5hrs from Brighton.

  • PACKAGE 1 - £350

    Pre-Construction Concept Design

    If you are planning a building project but don’t know where to begin this is a great option to help you jumpstart your project and save you time, money and stress.

    Package 1 includes a 1.5hr in-person meeting at the property if feasible, or virtually if not. We help you define your overall project goals and get a sense of the overall aesthetic for your project. You can share all your ideas with us and we will then collate them with our own relevant ideas, experience and advice into a pre-construction concept design pack; think a high-level vision as opposed to the granular detail.

    The pack will enable you to then approach a builder, architect or even interior designer with something more tangible, aligned and considered than a loose jumble of ideas. This gives you a much stronger and clearer starting point for these conversations.

  • PACKAGE 2 - £300

    Help Sell My Home

    This ‘help sell my home’ service is ideal for anyone who is either considering putting their home on the market and wishes to present it in the best light OR already has put their home up for sale but isn’t getting any positive results.

    Package 2 includes a 1.5hr in-person meeting at the property which is followed-up with summary notes of the meeting. The notes will include specific ideas and inspiration tailored to your property - plus some general tips and tricks that you can implement to help sell your home. If you are looking to maximise the value and curb appeal of your property this is a worthwhile investment.

    In addition, if you would like SKYE Interiors to help come and style your space then this is something that can also be arranged for an additional hourly fee.

  • PACKAGE 3 - £500

    Home Revamp Concept Design

    If you are looking to revamp rooms within your home, settle into a new home after a downsize or decorate and accessorise a project at the end of building works this package is a great option.

    Package 3 consists of an in-person design consultation plus a bespoke and detailed concept design pack, packed with specific ideas, a shopping list, inspiring moodboards and more.

    This package includes two site meetings - one at the initial walk-through and a subsequent meeting to present the pack back to you in person. You can choose to focus on up to 4 specific rooms or have a more general conversation on the property as a whole.

    Following the meeting we aim to present the pack back to you within a fortnight. You can then implement the suggestions on your own timescale.

  • PACKAGE 4 - £850

    Home Revamp Concept Design

    Package 4 is a similar offering to Package 3 but much more extensive.

    Package 4 consists of an extended in-person design consultation plus a bespoke and highly detailed concept design pack which is full of specific ideas, a shopping list, inspiring moodboards and more.

    This package includes two site meetings - one at the initial walk-through and a subsequent meeting to present the pack back to you in person. You can choose to focus on up to 7 specific rooms or have a more general conversation on the property as a whole.

    We will endeavour to present the pack back to you within a fortnight and you can then implement the suggestions on your own timescale.

    1. You want to start a build project but do not know how or where to begin - ✔ with our Package 1 we can help you get your project off to a flying start.

    2. You are in the final phase of a building project and have decision/budget fatigue. ✔ with our Package 3 & 4 we can help with these final stages making your house feel like a home.

    3. You are looking to sell your house and wish to quickly maximise its value without spending a fortune. ✔ with our Package 2 we can suggest some easy and affordable alterations that will help sell your home.

    4. You wish to create a cohesive feel to your home, where each room feels connected as opposed to mismatched. ✔ with our Packages 3 & 4 we will help you achieve this.

  • The design concept packs are there to give inspiration and they will be packed with ideas to get you started. No two packs are the same but they will contain everything from sketches, mood boards and colourways to product suggestions, rough room layouts, handy contacts and more. They will not include scale drawings or 3D renderings. Please note it will be the client’s responsibility to check the dimensions of the items featured within their own space and order any swatches or samples prior to ordering any of the items.

  • Yes, we can send you a free sample concept design pack to give you a sense of what the pack may typically include. No two pack are the same but this will give you a sense of what to expect. Tell us which package/s you are interested in and request a sample pack here.

  • We really wanted to offer our clients an affordable fixed-price service so with these prices the pack size and scope is not limitless - but they don’t need to be; it is about giving you the tools to then implement the concept pack yourself.

    To manage your expectations you can assume that Package 1 and 2 are lighter in size compared to Package 3 and Package 4 which are more in-depth. We feel the packages offer good value for money and in the long run will pay for themselves.

  • Payment for packages 1 - 4 is expected to be paid in full following the delivery of your concept design pack. Payment terms are within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We are small business and prompt payment is appreciated.

  • At present we can support you with the implementation of Package 2. We would like to be able to add implementation to our other Packages but currently we do not have the capacity to do this. However, as we grow things may change so please let us know if this is something you would like us to look at.

  • We endeavour to deliver Package 1 and Package 2 within a few days of meeting. Package 3 and Package 4 are more extensive so these will take up to two weeks to complete. The packs will all be sent via email with active links to products embedded in the packs. For Package 3 and Package 4 it makes a real difference to present these back in person - so we will meet again in person with an A4 printed copy to do this on site; following the meeting we will then email you an electronic version of the pack.

  • Skye Interiors is based just north of Brighton and we can review properties up to 1.5hrs from Brighton with all travel costs included in the Package fee. For Package 1 we can also have a virtual meeting if you live further away or if that is more suitable for the project or convenient for you. For Packages 2, 3 & 4 if you live further afield we may not be able to help with our current capacity; however, if we can, we will so please get in touch, and it might be a simple case of adding a small amount to our fixed-fee to cover travel.
